Technical Support Team
Our Technical Support Team is renowned for the speed and quality of the assistance they provide to our customers. For IT-related support such as, amending incorrect patient data and reports or merging patient records, our customers can either email support@pacenet.co.uk or call 020 3637 9028 to speak with a member of our support team directly.
During business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm), we respond to any urgent queries within minutes and any non-urgent calls are answered within the same day where we receive a request before midday.
